Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
The monthly figure is the bill. Shipping, supplies and provider support sit inside it. The catch is in the terms: two months minimum, whatever the product page says.
A cash-pay online clinic with a short shelf. It sells sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione by injection, plus a GHK-Cu cream. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come in full-dose and microdose plans. A B12 shot rounds it out. Its terms name Strive Compounding Pharmacy as the nationwide pharmacy partner.
The headline holds on the peptides. Each page prints the figure it bills. Sermorelin is $222 billed monthly. NAD+ is $197. Glutathione is $147. GHK-Cu cream is $167 for a month's supply. The shop grid lists the cream from $137, a figure its own page does not print. Each peptide also sells once, without a subscription. Sermorelin is $297 that way. NAD+ is $247. Glutathione is $187. Amounts are printed. Sermorelin ships 9 mg a month. NAD+ ships 1,200 mg, or 1,000 mg in three states. Glutathione is one 2,000 mg vial. The cream is 3%. Semaglutide is $247 a month, up to 1.25 mg a week. Its page offers $100 off a first order with a code. Tirzepatide is from $296 on the grid. That is the low-dose plan, capped at 5 mg a week. Its own page prints no price for either plan.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Longer plans are the other published option, and each is prepaid for its whole term. Sermorelin is $376 every two months or $636 every four. NAD+ is $327 every two months, $556 every four or $774 every six. Glutathione is $247 every two months or $437 every four. Glutathione's four-month rate, $109 a month, is the figure in the site's banner. Plans past two months ship in two-month boxes.
- Cancellation
- Product pages say cancel or reschedule anytime. The terms bind you to at least two months. Cancel early and you still owe the rest of those two months. After that, you can stop in your account, through the subscription portal. Do it 48 hours before the monthly charge, or email support. Refunds come only before the pharmacy processes the order. That is usually within a day.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order. The policy says it is included in the program cost. Allow 3 to 7 business days for the pharmacy to process, then overnight delivery by FedEx or UPS. The semaglutide page allows up to 10 business days. No PO boxes. The GHK-Cu cream ships cold, to 26 listed states.
