Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work or shipping, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Every price is a "from" on an index. No product page prints one. The terms then bill "the amount listed" on a product purchase page, so the real monthly charge first appears at checkout.
Longevixx LLC runs a cash-pay telehealth platform from Charlotte. It sells four peptides: sermorelin, tesamorelin, NAD+ and PT-141. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, a GLP-1 microdose plan and an oral GLP-1 that names no molecule. The terms say Longevixx does not practice medicine. Independent clinicians prescribe, and state-licensed compounding pharmacies fill. Neither is named.
The headline and the bill can differ here, because only one surface prints a price. Sermorelin is listed from $249 a month. PT-141 is also $249. NAD+ is $199 and tesamorelin $299. Tirzepatide is listed from $149, down from $299. No page says what the "from" is the lowest of. Two of the site's own figures disagree. The homepage banner says GLP-1 weight loss starts at $149 a month. The index lists semaglutide from $139. The price list here carries $149, the higher one. The treatment pages promise "flat-rate pricing with zero hidden fees". They also promise no consultation charge and no dose-change surcharge. Each one then prints no price at all.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- No multi-month price is published, so there is no prepay to weigh. The terms describe a recurring monthly order, charged at once and every 30 days after. A notice arrives 5 to 7 days before each charge. The homepage FAQ says no long-term commitment is required.
- Cancellation
- Two notice periods are printed. The terms let you stop a subscription up to 48 hours before the monthly processing date. You do it by switching off auto-refill in the account portal. The FAQ on each treatment page asks for 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle instead. Plan for the longer one. A first prescription order can be canceled within 24 hours, by emailing support. Dispensed or delivered medication is not refunded. Refunds cover five cases: a wrong medicine, a damaged one, an unsafe one, an unshipped order, or a declined prescription. Any returned medicine carries a $35 disposal fee. If you are not approved, nothing is charged.
- Shipping
- No shipping price is printed. The terms say you pay "any shipping and handling charges displayed at the time of purchase". The homepage promises discreet, cold-chain delivery from US compounding pharmacies. No delivery time is given.
