The bill, in one line
The rates are clear once you click the Quarterly tab. Each page opens on the six-month rate instead. Every peptide needs a quarter paid up front. The returns policy calls every sale final. What you get for the money is stated in milligrams.
A cash-pay telehealth storefront run by IDL Health LLC in Houston. Eight peptide products carry a price. Sermorelin comes as an injection and a sublingual tablet. NAD+ comes as an injection and a nasal spray. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide each come as an injection and a sublingual tablet. A tadalafil, PT-141 and oxytocin troche is also sold. It is a combination product, so it is not priced here.
The page header and the bill differ. Seven of eight headers quote the six-month rate, reached only by paying six months up front. The NAD+ spray header quotes its Quarterly $279. Quarterly rates are the ones ranked here. Sermorelin is $179 as an injection and $109 as a tablet. NAD+ is $209 as an injection and $279 as a spray. Semaglutide is $239 as an injection and $219 as a tablet. Tirzepatide is $399 and $299. Each one is billed three months at a time. Sermorelin injections are $537 per charge. The tablet is $327. NAD+ injections are $627, and the spray $837. Quantities are printed, so cost per milligram is calculable. Sermorelin is a 9 mg vial for 30 days. $179 ÷ 9 mg = about $19.89 a milligram. NAD+ injections are 1,000 mg a month, about 21 cents a milligram. The spray bottle holds 7,500 mg, under 4 cents a milligram. The GLP-1 pages say "All doses, same price". Sermorelin carries no such promise. Its FAQ says the price is adjusted when the doctor changes the dose.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Every peptide needs three months paid up front. There is no one-month plan to try first. The six-month plan takes $10 a month off sermorelin and NAD+. On semaglutide it takes off $40. That makes six months of sermorelin injections $1,014, against $537 for a quarter.
- Cancellation
- Stopping is self-serve. The terms allow canceling in the account portal or by email. The FAQ calls it one click from your dashboard. Canceling takes effect when the paid period ends. The terms say refunds are never prorated. The returns policy calls every sale "final and non-refundable". A reminder email arrives seven days before each charge. The FAQ says a pause stops billing immediately. If a physician declines you, you get back everything except $39.
- Shipping
- Free on every product. The GLP-1 pages say orders ship overnight once approved. Sermorelin injections and both NAD+ products ship in temperature-controlled packaging, with no delivery time printed. Each injectable includes its injection supplies. Damage or loss must be reported within seven days of delivery.
