The bill, in one line
The structure is simple: $99 a month, plus the drug. The numbers are not. Every product page prints a headline total and a lower-down medication price that do not reconcile. Pay attention at checkout.
Nova sells compounded treatments by subscription under one Nova Care membership. The peptides priced here are semaglutide and tirzepatide, as weekly shots and daily tablets under the tongue. Sermorelin comes as a shot or a dissolving tablet. NAD+ comes as a shot, a nasal spray or a troche. Glutathione is a weekly shot. PT-141 is sold too, but its prices contradict each other. NovaCure LLC in Texas runs the platform.
The bill has two lines. Line one is the membership: "$99/month", renewing monthly. Line two is the medication. The product pages disagree with themselves. The headline reads "Starting at" a total that includes the $99. The FAQ underneath prices the drug alone. Add $99 to the FAQ figure and it rarely matches the headline. Compounded semaglutide: headline $210, FAQ "$229/mo". Tirzepatide: $225 against $279. The semaglutide tablet: headline $169, FAQ "$25 monthly", so $124 with the membership. The NAD+ nasal spray: headline $140, FAQ "$115 monthly", so $214. Glutathione: headline $182, FAQ "$69 monthly", so $168. The sermorelin tablet: $192 against the FAQ's own "$179/mo". Where the two disagree, this site lists the higher. That gives $229 and $279 for the shots and $169 and $174 for the tablets. Sermorelin is $162, its tablet $192, glutathione $182. NAD+ is $204, $214 and $199 by form. PT-141 gets no price. Its headline says $233 a month. Its FAQ sells a 2 mL bottle at $205. That bottle plus $99 is $304, not $233.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid supplies are one other published option, never a requirement. They appear only in the FAQ text. NAD+ injection runs "$105 monthly, $255 for a 3-month supply", then $390 for six months and $540 for twelve. Glutathione offers "$121 for a 90-day supply". The GLP-1 tablets offer 60- and 90-day packs. The membership still bills monthly on top of any prepaid supply. None of these tiers shows up in the headline, so treat them as unconfirmed until checkout.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from your account, the pricing page says, with "no contract and no penalty". The terms add a deadline. Cancel "at least two (2) days before the applicable renewal processing date", or it renews. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are narrow. Membership fees are "generally non refundable once the clinical review has been completed". That holds even when the provider declines to prescribe. Medication is refunded in full only if canceled "before compounding begins". Pharmacy errors, damaged parcels and lost shipments get a replacement or refund. Disputes go to binding arbitration, with a 30-day opt-out by signed letter.
- Shipping
- Free on every order, the site says, including refrigerated shipping. Insulin syringes come with every injection shipment. No delivery time is quoted for the parcel itself. A lost parcel is replaced once the carrier confirms it lost, after 14 days.
