The bill, in one line

Nuform is a clinician-guided hormone, metabolic and longevity platform. Its public menu includes compounded GLP blends, sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. Plans have defined lengths, and the current why-Nuform page says there are no subscriptions or additional membership fees. Independent providers select treatment after evaluating medical history and bloodwork.
The sermorelin page prints $160 per month above a $650 four-month kit and $175 above a $350 two-month kit. The four-month equivalent is rounded differently from the total; use the stated package payment when budgeting. NAD+ injection is a $650 four-month plan, while its oral kit is $180 for two months. Glutathione is $390 for five months. These package equivalents differ from flexible monthly rates. The main weight page lists GLP and GLP/GIP starter and maintenance packages, including $389 for three months and $499 for 2.5 months. A women’s weight page presents other starting amounts, without settling every plan’s term and formulation. The actual prescribed ingredient, kit and bill must be identified together. Labs and the consultation are excluded from treatment pricing.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The product pages say kits are billed in two-, four- or five-month increments, with the stated multi-month kit payment due up front. The weight packages use other stated lengths, including 2.5, 4.5 and 6.5 months. The lower monthly equivalents are therefore tied to multi-month plans. No flexible one-month alternative was established for these reviewed kits. The company says the defined plans do not automatically renew behind the patient’s back.
- Cancellation
- There is no ongoing subscription to cancel under the current why-Nuform description. Contact your care team before a medication order is placed if you want to stop or change the plan. Once medicine has been ordered with the pharmacy, its payment is nonrefundable. Bloodwork remains refundable until completion. The terms say a physician fee can be refunded before consultation and if the clinician determines that treatment is unsuitable; its special hormone-therapy provision should not be assumed to cover every peptide plan.

- Product pages describe direct delivery, generally within one to ten business days after the appropriate steps.
