Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

The monthly price is the same on the homepage card, the product page and the plan table, and no membership is added on top of it. Where the numbers go loose is everything around that price. The sermorelin badge claims more than double the saving the plan delivers, and the NAD+ comparison table quotes a starting price that nothing on the site actually charges.

A cash-pay telehealth shop run by OBU Health LLC in Las Vegas, selling four injections. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come on one-, three-, six- and twelve-month plans, sermorelin on one- and three-month plans, and NAD+ at a single monthly price. Doctors come through the MD Integrations network, and the FAQ names two compounding pharmacies that may fill an order. A testosterone category is linked in the menu but holds no products.

The figures that matter here are the monthly ones, because they are what a buyer pays without committing to anything. Sermorelin is $149 a month and NAD+ is $219, and the GLP-1s are $190 for semaglutide and $239 for tirzepatide. The headline holds: those numbers match across the homepage, the menu cards and each product page. The longer plans are priced as totals. Three months of sermorelin is $379, against $447 for three monthly bills, which works out to about $126 a month and a $68 saving. Semaglutide runs $399 for three months, $714 for six and $1,188 for twelve, and tirzepatide $589, $1,074 and $1,788. The badges beside those totals differ from that arithmetic. The sermorelin quarter is labeled save 37%, where measured against its own $149 monthly rate the saving is about 15%. On semaglutide the three-month badge says save 11% while the same comparison gives about 30%, so the labels miss in both directions. Two other figures should be set aside. The NAD+ page's comparison table lists Obu's starting price as $129 a month, which is not what the product beside it costs. The weight-loss category page strikes through regular prices of $449.91 and $749.91, which no plan on the product pages charges.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Nothing has to be paid up front: every product carries a monthly price, and the multi-month plans are another published option. The discount grows with the term, from about $126 a month on a sermorelin quarter to $99 a month on a twelve-month semaglutide plan. The FAQ says you are billed when the medication ships, based on the plan you chose, and no page spells out whether a longer plan is collected in one charge. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, along with Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.
Cancellation
Every page describes the plans as subscriptions you can cancel or pause at any time. The returns policy gives the mechanism: you can cancel from your account before the next order ships. Once a payment has been charged and the package handed to the carrier, the sale is final, which Obu attributes to state and federal rules on dispensed prescriptions. No refund for a partly used plan is described anywhere. A lost package is reshipped, and a damaged one goes to the patient care team by phone or email.
Shipping
Free expedited shipping on every product, in discreet packaging, by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Orders go out by rush no-contact delivery, so nothing needs signing for. No delivery time is printed. The returns page says Obu ships no refrigerated products, while the GLP-1 FAQ tells you to keep the medicine in the refrigerator between doses.

FAQ

4 questions

What does sermorelin cost per month?

$149 on the monthly plan, which you can cancel at any time. The three-month plan is $379, or about $126 a month.

Is the 37% saving on the sermorelin quarter accurate?

Not against Obu's own monthly price. Three months at $149 is $447, so paying $379 saves $68, which is about 15%.

Is NAD+ $129 or $219?

The product is $219 a month. The $129 appears only in the comparison table on the same page, and no plan charges it.

Can I get my money back after an order ships?

No. Once the card is charged and the package reaches the carrier, the sale is final. You can cancel from your account before that point.
