The bill, in one line
The bill is simple: one monthly figure per product, free shipping, a free consult, and no charge until each refill is approved and paid. The catch is that no product states a strength, so the figure cannot be turned into a cost per milligram.
PauseRX, Inc. sells the plan and collects the payment, but its footer says it does not provide medical or pharmacy services. Its FAQ names Beluga Health as the provider network and Rush Pharmacy as the dispensing pharmacy. On the peptide shelf are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, sermorelin and NAD+ each as an injection or a troche, glutathione injection, PT-141 and a GHK-Cu face cream. Branded Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo are sold as consultations, with the drug priced only after approval.
For compounded semaglutide the headline holds: it reads "All doses at $199/month", and no membership, consult or shipping charge is added to it. Tirzepatide is less settled: its own page says "Starting at $249/month", while the homepage card says all doses are $249 a month. Every peptide page prints a single "Starting at" or "Starts at" monthly figure. Sermorelin injection is $349, the sermorelin troche $249, NAD+ $249 in either form, glutathione injection $249 and PT-141 $299. GHK-Cu cream reads "Starts at $199" with no per-month wording beside it. None of those pages prints a strength, a vial size or a supply length, so there is no way to price a milligram. A glutathione nasal spray shows $249 a month, but its only button reads Coming Soon. The branded pages work differently. They list a $149 consultation and a separate "Pause Rx's Membership Fee" of $149 a month, with the drug itself charged after approval. A $49 application and screening line sits above them, marked "Complementary". None of these charges appears on the compounded pages.

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. The fine print
- Prepay
- Nothing is prepaid and no multi-month plan is offered on any compounded product. The FAQ describes each month as a fresh decision: you get a renewal notice, the provider reviews your information, and "Your monthly prescription is not automatically debited." The FAQ also says you are billed when the medication ships.
- Cancellation
- Because refills are not charged on a schedule, stopping mostly means not paying the next renewal. The refund page says you can change payment details or cancel the subscription from your account, as long as the package has not shipped. The branded page says canceling or pausing is done in the patient portal with no cancellation fee. An order already submitted is a different matter: the FAQ says processing starts at once and it cannot be changed or canceled. Once the card is charged and the carrier has the package, all sales are final, and prescription medication cannot be returned.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free on every product, stated on the product pages and the catalog cards. The FAQ says orders are usually reviewed within 24 hours and ship standard or expedited depending on your selection and area. No signature is needed. Nothing refrigerated is shipped, and a package lost in transit is reshipped.
