The bill, in one line
Read past the hero and this is one of the plainer price lists in the market, with a real one-month rung, a named pharmacy and the vial strength printed on the order summary.
RxION is a Colorado telehealth platform that sells compounded weight and longevity injections alongside two FDA-approved brand pens, and it is unusually willing to say who does what. Its own terms name the clinical group that employs the prescribers and the partner pharmacy that fills the orders, with contact details for both. The weight shelf carries compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, a glycine-paired microdose line, and Wegovy and Zepbound at brand prices. The longevity and sexual-health shelves carry sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141, each as a single monthly supply with no plan ladder to climb.
The figures themselves are clean and the presentation around them is not, which is a distinction worth making because the numbers survive it. Each peptide is sold as one rung and priced without ceremony: sermorelin at "$ 299 / month", NAD+ at "$ 249 / month", and glutathione and PT-141 both at "$ 224 / month", each confirmed by its own hosted checkout. The GLP-1 pages are where it frays. The hero prints "Starting at $199 $99 /month" with the higher figure struck through, as though it had been superseded. The landing page's own tabs show $199 is the one-month rate and $99 the six-month average. Those two figures differ in what they buy, not in when they applied. One rung disagrees with itself outright: the landing page prices a three-month semaglutide plan at "$179 /month" and "$537 total", and the checkout that same button opens totals $381. No page on the site states what a subscription costs when it renews.

The fine print
- Prepay
- A genuine month-to-month rung exists here, which is rarer than it should be, and every peptide is sold on it: one monthly supply, one price, no term attached. The GLP-1s add prepaid rungs above that floor, all billed up front: semaglutide at $594 for six months, tirzepatide at $660 for three and $1,098 for six. The per-month averages those produce are the figures the heroes lead with. What is missing is the far end of the arrangement. The renewal cadence and the renewal rate for a prepaid plan are stated nowhere: not on the product pages, not on the landing pages, not in the terms.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation is managed from your account settings and the refund policy sets out three clear tiers, which is more structure than most sellers publish. Stop before the renewal date and nothing is taken. Stop after the charge but before a provider has reviewed the refill and you are refunded less a 7.5% cancellation fee, which the policy explains as processing and platform costs. Once a prescription reaches the pharmacy nothing can be canceled, changed or refunded. No notice period in days is published anywhere, only the renewal date itself. One claim sits awkwardly against all of it: the landing pages promise "100% Risk Free. You won't be charged unless you're approved", while the refund policy holds back a non-refundable consultation fee whatever the outcome.

- Included on a normal order, and this seller writes more about how a peptide travels than almost anyone else here. The shipping policy commits to insulated packaging with cold packs "sized for the transit window" for products that need refrigeration. It tells you not to use a package that arrives warm, and gives a carrier table running two to five business days in the continental United States. The reservations are in the same document: expedited service, a reshipment caused by a wrong address, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or the territories may all cost extra. The product pages promise "Free cold-pack overnight shipping included", and overnight is not a service that appears in the seller's own transit table.
