The bill, in one line
A month costs what the Monthly rung of each plan list says: $249 for NAD+ by injection or nasal spray, $199 for the NAD+ tablet or PT-141, and $179 for the sermorelin tablet. The consult, supplies and shipping are stated to be inside that figure, so nothing is added on top. The work falls on the reader instead. The configurator opens on a three-month plan with a 10% code already taken off, and there is no refund policy anywhere on the site.
RxSpan MD LLC is a cash-pay telehealth seller based in Beverly Hills, and it sells from four category pages rather than from product pages. Its longevity page lists ten items, and seven fall within this site. NAD+ comes as an injection, a nasal spray and a flex-dose tablet, beside a sermorelin tablet that dissolves in the mouth, PT-141 by injection, glutathione and GHK-Cu. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as injections or capsules, and Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound are listed beside them.
Clicking a product card opens a plan list with up to four rungs, and the last of them, labeled Monthly, is the rate this page ranks. NAD+ by injection is $249 a month, and so is the nasal spray. The NAD+ flex-dose tablet is $199, PT-141 by injection is $199, and the sermorelin tablet is $179. The longevity cards print that same monthly figure with the words "For the first month" under it. For PT-141 the plan list holds a single Monthly rung, so the label promises a later rate that the page never names. The weight-loss cards word it differently: "Regular Monthly Price" at $249 for semaglutide, by injection or capsule, $329 for the tirzepatide injection and $349 for tirzepatide capsules. Where the page's own figures disagree is the total printed under the list. The configurator opens with the three-month plan already selected, so NAD+ injection reads $249 on the card and $537 in the total. That $537 is three months at $199, less the 10% STARTNOW code. A site-wide banner offers the code on any order. Whether a renewal counts as an order is never stated, so the rates above are the ones before the code. The GLP-1 cards add an "As low as" figure: $175 a month for the semaglutide injection and $243 for either tirzepatide. Each is the 12-month rung with the code taken off, and the card spells it out: "billed as one upfront payment of $2,094. STARTNOW promo applied. Auto-renews." Glutathione and GHK-Cu are $149 a month each, but neither states a form, so neither is priced here. No product prints a dose, and the site never says whether a higher dose costs more.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid plans are the other published option, never a requirement, and every multi-month rung lowers the monthly rate. NAD+ injection runs $199 a month on three months, $166 on six and $150 on twelve. The sermorelin tablet runs $166, $150 and $142 on the same terms. Semaglutide by injection is $219, $199 and, after the code, $175. The longer plans are one charge at the start. The three-month NAD+ injection plan bills $537 with the code, the six-month $897 and the twelve-month $1,617. The 12-month GLP-1 plans bill $2,094 for the semaglutide injection, $1,933 for its capsules and $2,905 for either tirzepatide, and each auto-renews. The weight-loss page offers CareCredit, a medical credit card, for anyone who wants to spread that charge out.
- Cancellation
- Every plan list says "Cancel or change plans anytime", and the FAQ says there are no long-term commitments. The site publishes no cancellation steps to go with either line. The terms of service describe payment only as agreeing to pay all fees for services received, and there is no refund policy on any page. That leaves the unanswered questions about money. Nothing says what happens to a prepaid year stopped in its second month, or to the card if a provider declines the prescription. The page states only that a provider reviews the order after checkout and that a prescription is not guaranteed.

- Shipping is free and inside the price. Each plan list states that the price "includes consult, medication, supplies, shipping, and support", and the homepage promises free expedited delivery. The weight-loss page puts arrival at a few days without a firmer range. The FAQ names four dispensing pharmacies, Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, but never says which fills which product.
