Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Sermorelin is $169 a month and that is the whole bill. No membership fee sits beside it. The GLP-1s print a promo month, then the real rate. Watch the shipping wording and the refund terms.
A cash-pay telehealth brand run from Austin. It sells four compounded peptide products: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione by injection, and GHK-Cu as a cream. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide sit beside them. Three menopause hormone products round out the shop. An NAD+ nasal spray is listed as coming soon. Prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub.
The headline holds on the four peptides. Each page prints one monthly figure with care included. Sermorelin $169. Glutathione $199. NAD+ $249. GHK-Cu cream from $129. The $129 buys 30 g of cream at 0.2%. A stronger cream can cost more. The page says the final price depends on the concentration prescribed. No peptide page prints a dose. Your clinician sets it after the intake. The GLP-1s lead with a first month. Semaglutide is $200, then $259 a month. Tirzepatide is $300, then $349. The page calls the first month limited-time pricing. This site ranks the $259 and $349. Both GLP-1s say "same price at every dose". So the monthly figure holds as the dose steps up.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid plans exist for the GLP-1s only. Three months of semaglutide is $575, or $192 a month. Six months is $1,065, or $178 a month. Tirzepatide is $855 for three months and $1,575 for six. Those work out to $285 and $263 a month. Both are billed once at the start. The peptides list a monthly price only.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel from your account in the patient portal, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. The part already begun is not refunded. Prescription products are final sale once compounded or shipped. If you are not approved, you are not charged. The policy defers to a Membership Agreement you accept before care starts. That agreement is not public.
- Shipping
- Product pages say two-day shipping is included. The two days are carrier transit only. The shipping policy allows 4 to 12 business days from the prescription. It also says any shipping charge appears at checkout. Orders do not ship on weekends. Boxes arrive unmarked. A wrong address can mean paying for reshipment.
