The bill, in one line
The term discounts here are unusually honest. Every advertised percentage divides correctly into the total printed next to it, which is not the norm in this category. The catch is that only NAD+ tells you how much drug you are buying.
TMates runs a fifty-state telemedicine program across peptides and GLP-1s. Its shelf holds sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or a nasal spray, and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Everything sells on a one, three, six or twelve-month term, and the quoted figure covers the drug, the virtual visits and the coaching together.
The headline holds as a monthly rate, and the longer terms genuinely reduce it. Sermorelin opens at $179 and steps to $167, $150 and $129 a month across three, six and twelve. NAD+ opens at $149 and steps to $133, $108 and $88. Compounded semaglutide opens at $249 and tirzepatide at $297. Only the NAD+ listing states what arrives: 1000mg in 5ml, at 200mg per ml, subcutaneous. Sermorelin and both GLP-1s publish no strength, so three of the four cannot be reduced to a price per milligram.

Three, six and twelve-month blocks are billed as one total, at $500, $900 and $1,550 for sermorelin and $400, $650 and $1,050 for NAD+. A single month carries no commitment. The discounts are real rather than decorative: each percentage on the page divides correctly into the total beside it.

- The site says you can cancel at any time and that there are no hidden fees. What it does not publish is the mechanism, a notice period, or what happens to the unused part of a prepaid block. That last gap matters most here, because the advertised savings depend on paying twelve months up front.
