TrueMe, priced

Every TrueMe card says per month, and the cart says every four weeks. Over a year that is thirteen charges, not twelve.

The bill, in one line

The prices are low and printed plainly, but each one is a four-week charge sold under a monthly label. You pay before any medical question is asked, with a refund promised if a provider declines. The terms page shows a coming-soon placeholder instead of terms.

TrueMe is a cash-pay storefront serving six states. Its footer calls it a patient management platform that works with independent physician networks, and says an agency, Kickstart Social, built and operates the site. It sells four plans: GLP-1, labeled semaglutide; GLP-1/GIP, labeled tirzepatide; NAD+ injections; and sermorelin. CarePoint Infusion Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Texas, is named as the one that fills prescriptions.

The headline differs from the bill in one specific way: the word month. Every product card prints a price per month, but the cart each plan opens bills that amount every four weeks. That comes to thirteen charges a year. The product cards read $139 for GLP-1, $149 for GLP-1/GIP, and $129 each for NAD+ and sermorelin. Spread over twelve calendar months, thirteen charges come to about $151, $161 and $140 a month. Two category pages print higher figures for the same plans: $159 and $189 for the weight-loss pair, $149 for each peptide. The cart bills the lower product-page amounts. The homepage promises the same price at any dose. No page states a dose, a strength or a form for the two weight-loss plans, so neither ranks here. The FAQ says the price covers the intake, provider review, medication, shipping and supplies.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Each product also has a three-month plan, prepaid in one charge: $267 for GLP-1, $297 for GLP-1/GIP and $237 for either peptide. The cards show those as $89, $99 and $79 a month. The FAQ calls that figure the plan's average cost per month and says the total appears at checkout. The plan is optional, because the month-to-month card sits beside it on every product page.
Cancellation
Plans renew automatically, with a reminder a week before each charge. The FAQ says you may cancel at any time before the renewal is processed. The returns policy says you can cancel the subscription from your account before a package ships. Once your card is charged and the package reaches the carrier, all sales are final. An order already with the pharmacy generally cannot be canceled, and the FAQ asks you to contact support at once. If a provider declines you, any applicable charge is refunded.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price. The FAQ puts processing and delivery at about two to three business days after approval, with tracking once it ships. It also promises temperature-controlled packaging when a medicine needs it. The returns policy says the opposite: TrueMe does not currently ship refrigerated products. A lost package is reshipped.

FAQ

3 questions

Is the TrueMe price really monthly?

No. The cards say per month, but the cart bills each plan every four weeks. A $129 plan is charged thirteen times a year, about $140 a calendar month.

When am I charged?

At checkout, before the medical intake, which you complete in the patient portal afterward. If a provider decides treatment is not appropriate, the FAQ says any applicable charge is refunded.

How does the three-month plan bill?

As one payment for the whole period: $237 for NAD+ or sermorelin, $267 for GLP-1 and $297 for GLP-1/GIP. The monthly figure on the card is that total divided by three.
