Woodwork is a men's telehealth brand built around sexual health that has grown a weight shelf and a peptide shelf beside it. The public peptide page sells one product: sermorelin injections, on a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule. Its own intake landing page lists four more: NAD+ in injectable, nasal spray and oral liquid form, plus L-carnitine, a B12 blend and a lipotropic shot. None of them appears on the shelf, in the navigation or beside a price. The weight shelf is compounded semaglutide as injections or oral tablets, compounded tirzepatide as injections, and a microdose plan. The terms name the two compounding pharmacies that ship the orders.
Four prices are published for prescription products and every one of them is a floor with a footnote. Sermorelin reads "From $116/mo*", and the asterisk says "Prices vary by plan. Based on a 4-week cycle." That second sentence matters more than the first: a four-week cycle is thirteen charges in a year, not twelve, and this is the only page on the site that says so. On the weight shelf, compounded semaglutide reads "From $127/mo*" under "Price applies to 48-week Semaglutide injection", tirzepatide "From $199/mo*" under a page footnote reading "Prices vary by product and plan", and the microdose plan "$134/mo*" with no "From" at all despite carrying the same asterisk. What a shorter plan costs, what the 48-week plan bills up front, and what a single month costs are all absent. The site confirms the single-month rate exists — its refund clause refers to "the regular (single month) pricing" — without ever printing it.

The fine print
- Prepay
- A prepaid plan is the thing being advertised, and its size is the thing withheld. The headline figure is the 48-week rate on the GLP-1 side, so the buyer is being quoted an average of a commitment whose total is nowhere on the site. The consequence is spelled out in the refund guidelines rather than in the pricing: break a multi-month plan and "refunds will be calculated as a prorated amount, based on the number of months of medication shipments you have already received and the regular (single month) pricing". A buyer is therefore clawed back at a rate they were never shown, which makes the cost of changing their mind unknowable before they commit.
- Cancellation
- Canceling is genuinely self-serve, which is more than most of this market offers: the cancel control sits in the account portal under Manage Your Subscription, with an email to support as the alternative. The notice period is where it frays. The FAQ asks for 72 hours, the terms' billing section asks for three days, the terms' subscription section says any time before the renewal date, and changing an ED prescription wants two days. Refunds are only considered before the medication is ordered, and never once it has been received. A wrong or damaged order is replaced by the pharmacy where possible rather than refunded. Renewals are repriced at whatever the service costs on the day they run.

- Free, and stated as free on the product pages, the intake pages and the FAQ. Orders ship within two business days of the prescription being approved and arrive two to five days after that, although the intake page compresses the whole sequence into four to seven days. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere, on a shelf that includes injectable semaglutide, tirzepatide and sermorelin. One clause narrows the promise: take the prescription to a pharmacy of your own choosing and you pay that pharmacy directly, at a price the terms warn may differ.
