Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Each product page prints the one-month rate. The grid that links to it quotes the three-month rate instead. You are charged only after a clinician prescribes. From then on, the order is final. Neither peptide page states a milligram.
A cash-pay telehealth storefront run by Brand Merchants Network LLC in Beverly Hills. It sells four injections. Two are compounded GLP-1s, semaglutide and tirzepatide. The other two are sermorelin and NAD+. Yucca says it does not practice medicine or run a pharmacy. Partner clinicians prescribe and partner pharmacies dispense. Neither is named before you order.
The treatments grid and the product page differ. The grid says sermorelin and NAD+ start at $158 a month. That is the three-month plan, $475 divided into months. The product page prints what one month costs. Month to month, sermorelin is $199 for 30 injections. NAD+ is $215. Semaglutide is $146 and tirzepatide $258. Each of those cards reads flexible, with no commitment. The three-month plan for either peptide is $475, charged once. Three monthly sermorelin bills would be $597, so the quarter saves $122. For NAD+ the gap is $170. Sermorelin works out to $6.63 an injection monthly, and about $5.28 on the quarter. The GLP-1s add a six-month rung. Semaglutide is $750 for six months, or $125 a month. Tirzepatide is $1,350, or $225 a month. Every plan lists the same price at every dose. Two figures do not match the rest. A plain-text summary linked in the footer still lists both peptides from $192 on a three-month plan. The monthly semaglutide card shows "Save 40.7%" with no higher price printed beside it.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The quarter is prepaid in one charge. It is optional, because the monthly card sits beside it. Buy Now, Pay Later covers the three- and six-month plans only. Installments do not shorten the commitment. Leaving a multi-month plan early is reviewed case by case. Pausing keeps your locked price. Canceling, or switching billing cadence, ends it.
- Cancellation
- Plans renew on their own until you stop them. You can cancel or pause from your account in the patient portal, or by contacting support. Cancel at least seven days before a renewal to stop it. A reminder arrives before each one. Before a clinician writes the prescription, every dollar comes back. After that, the order is final, even unshipped. A cycle ended midway is not prorated. A declined patient is refunded automatically. The six-month refund promise covers the GLP-1s only, never sermorelin or NAD+.
- Shipping
- Free, by expedited two-day air. Orders ship Monday to Friday. Most go out two to three business days after approval. An injection kit is included in every plan. Damage or a missing package must be reported within 48 hours. Delivery is US only.
