NovoCare Pharmacy sells Wegovy pens at $349 per box of 4[1]. That covers every dose from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg[1]. The 7.2 mg Wegovy HD pen is $399[1]. One box is a 28-day supply[1].
NovoCare Pharmacy is Novo Nordisk's own cash-pay pharmacy program for Wegovy and Ozempic, both semaglutide. Licensed partner pharmacies dispense the orders[1]. How the maker’s price reaches a warehouse pharmacy is set out in Costco Wegovy.

The terms print a price for 1-, 2- and 3-month fills[1]. Each longer fill is the 1-month price times the months. A 3-month fill saves nothing per box. It saves reorders, not money.
A 90-day supply needs the prescriber to order one. NovoCare sends it only if the prescriber orders a 90-day fill and you request it[2].
The new-patient offer, read to the letter
New patients pay $199 a box at 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg[1]. The offer covers the first 2 fills of 28 days[1]. The third fill reverts to the standard price[1].
“New” has a narrow meaning. It is a patient who has never filled a Wegovy injection prescription through NovoCare[1]. Filling elsewhere first does not disqualify you on that wording.

All three dates must hold[1]. The offer is priced for 1-month fills only; the 2- and 3-month columns read “NA”[1]. A 90-day first order would miss it.
Over a first year of 13 boxes at 2.4 mg or below, the offer is worth $300. That is $4,237 against $4,537, one line of arithmetic on the table.

A tablet fill is a bottle of 30, a 30-day supply[1]. The pharmacy dispenses only in 30-tablet steps[1]. The ladder runs from $149 at 1.5 mg to $299 at 25 mg[1].

Insurance, deductibles and government plans
NovoCare runs cash only. The terms say “insurance is not accepted”[1]. You agree not to submit a claim to any insurer for the medicine[1].
Novo’s page says a self-pay fill “will not count toward any deductibles”[2]. It cannot be applied to an out-of-pocket maximum either[2]. With coverage, the copay card may cost less. See the Wegovy savings card guide.
Medicare and other government-plan members may still self-pay[2]. They sign an attestation. They will not ask the plan to pay them back[1]. They will not count the cost toward a deductible or out-of-pocket limit[1].

The terms add a supply clause. Novo Nordisk may pause or end enrollment “to prioritize supply for those qualified”[1]. That assurance applies only to patients who stay enrolled and adherent[1].
What the price leaves out
The price buys the medicine. It does not buy the prescription. NovoCare needs one from a licensed prescriber before it can fill[2].
Novo’s find-a-doctor page lists independent telehealth providers[3]. It shows how each takes payment, but prints no visit fee[3]. It says Novo Nordisk does not endorse them[3]. Budget the visit as a separate line.
