The bill, in one line
A single month of sermorelin or NAD+ costs $199, and the $175 and $165 figures on the product pages only apply when you buy a two- or three-month package.
Heally is a telehealth practice that books a free video visit with a licensed provider and then ships the prescription from a partner pharmacy. Its longevity catalog lists sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or a nasal spray, and glutathione injections, alongside rapamycin and methylene blue, which this site does not price. For weight loss it sells FDA-approved brands such as Zepbound and the semaglutide pill rather than compounded GLP-1s.
The product-page figures differ from a month-to-month bill, because each one is the per-month share of a package. The booking page spells it out: sermorelin is $199 for one month or $349 for two, NAD+ is $199, $349 for two months or $499 for three, and glutathione is $125 or $199 for two. The NAD+ injection ships as a 5 mL bottle at 200 mg per mL, but Heally does not say how many bottles a month covers, so a cost per milligram cannot be worked out. Zepbound is listed from $299 a month on one page and from $250 on another.

- Prepaid packages are optional. The two- and three-month packages sit beside the one-month price on the booking page, and the product pages describe billing "only when you reorder." Heally places a hold on your card about 48 hours before the visit and charges only if the provider approves you.
- Cancellation
- Heally's terms say a subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose, and a renewal can be processed up to two days before the next period starts. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the terms rule out refunds for a partly used period.
- Shipping
- Heally prints no shipping price, and it does not say shipping is free either. Longevity orders reach you in about 5 to 7 business days from the partner pharmacy, in temperature-controlled packaging.
