Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for separate service membership or laboratory tests if needed, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

The useful comparison is the chosen dose and supply period, with the included consultation and delivery shown alongside. Lower multi-month equivalents and the sermorelin hero amount should not replace the detailed flexible-plan terms.

Coby coordinates compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin and NAD+ injections through independent clinicians and pharmacy partners. It is a cash-pay platform. Medical care is assigned to Beluga Health, P.A. A consultation, the prescribed medication and shipping are included in the product summaries. Separate testing costs are not established.

The monthly semaglutide table lists $159 at 0.25 mg for month one, $199 at 0.5 mg, $229 at 1 mg and $249 at 1.7 mg or 2.4 mg. Tirzepatide lists $239 at 2.5 mg initially, then $299 at 5 mg, $329 at 7.5 mg, $379 at 10 mg and $439 at 12.5 mg or 15 mg. The starting headline differs from later dose bills. Neither second-month figure is a universal ongoing price, and a clinician may choose a different appropriate course. Sermorelin’s hero calls its monthly plan $199, but the detailed flexible card says $249 billed monthly. NAD+ is $239 billed monthly. These cards describe one vial every four weeks, which establishes the supply interval rather than the charge frequency. No thirteen-charge annual calculation is justified by that wording. Subscription terms say the renewal interval is disclosed at checkout; confirm it before authorizing payment. Neither displayed figure guarantees every eventual expense.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Longer weight plans offer prepaid same-dose, starter and titration bundles. Semaglutide’s first-quarter starter is one $399 payment for the initial twelve weeks. Other bundle prices depend on the starting dose and supply. Tirzepatide’s same-dose tables show three- and six-month totals, with the latter shipped in separate three-month supplies. The longevity alternatives are billed quarterly or biannually. A low bundle equivalent is not a flexible monthly rate.
Cancellation
For pay-as-you-go weight orders, the product FAQ says to tell the team if you do not need the next order. For an optional subscription, contact the team before renewal: the general help center asks for at least 30 days’ notice. Its broader cancel-anytime heading does not remove that notice period. Once a prescription reaches a pharmacy, cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation succeeds, the help center says $50 is retained for the visit and clinical work. This is a contingent cancellation charge, not an ordinary monthly receipt fee. Shipped prescription orders are final.
Shipping
Delivery and injection supplies are included. The NAD+ monthly card describes a 1,000 mg vial every four weeks; the quarterly option describes three vials for twelve weeks with $597 upfront. Weight bundles may send several months together. Confirm shipment quantity and safe storage instructions before choosing a bundle, and ask which pharmacy is dispensing the prescription.

FAQ

3 questions

Is the semaglutide starting amount the later monthly bill?

The table moves from $159 in month one to $199, $229 and $249 as the stated dose rises.

Why is the sermorelin comparison higher than the hero?

The detailed flexible table lists $249, while the hero says $199. The table also specifies a four-week fill.

Does the receipt add the $50 order-cancellation charge?

No. That charge applies only if an already-issued prescription can be canceled.
