The bill, in one line
The number to compare is the one-month supply, which commits you to nothing: $399 for sermorelin or PT-141 injections, $299 for the sermorelin troche, NAD+ spray, glutathione and GHK-Cu cream. The big subscription figure on most pages is roughly $100 lower but locks you in for three months. GLP-1 plans lock you in for four, and the terms rule out refunds once an order has left the pharmacy.
Concierge MD is a cash-pay practice that does two unrelated kinds of business under one brand. One is house calls in the cities it staffs, where a nurse or doctor comes to your home or hotel for IV drips, blood draws, imaging or urgent care. Those can only happen where the practice has people. The other is a mail-order catalog it calls Shipped To You, which its own page describes as treatments delivered to your door with "No office visits." Everything priced on this page belongs to the mail-order catalog. That covers sermorelin as an injection or a troche, PT-141 as an injection or a nasal spray, GHK-Cu cream, NAD+ as a vial or a spray, and glutathione. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide ship the same way, as do branded Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound.
Each peptide page opens with a large subscription price, and the figures beneath it differ from it by about $100 a month. Sermorelin injections read $299 a month by subscription, $399 for one month, or $999 for three. The troche reads $199, $299 or $899, and PT-141 reads $299, $399 or $999 in either form. The subscription carries strings the headline does not show. The product FAQ sets a three-month minimum on every subscription. The order form adds, without further explanation, "subscription discounts apply to first month only." That leaves a buyer unsure what month two of a subscription bills, which is why the one-month figure is ranked here instead. The weight-loss line is simpler and stricter. Compounded semaglutide is $199 a month and compounded tirzepatide $299, each labeled on the order form as a four-month minimum. Each brand-name pen is $1,999 a month on the same terms. The GLP-1 FAQ says the monthly fee covers a shipment every 90 days for semaglutide and every 60 for tirzepatide, even though the product copy speaks of a monthly supply. NAD+ injections come as a 500 mg vial at $249 or a 1000 mg vial at $349 when bought once, the only products here with a stated quantity.

The fine print
- Prepay
- A 3-month supply is the other published option on most peptides, charged as one sum: $999 for sermorelin or PT-141 injections, and $899 for sermorelin troches. Against three single months at $399 that saves about $200, but it is paid before the first box ships and the terms promise no refund on anything that has left the pharmacy. Nothing on the weight-loss pages is prepaid; those plans bill monthly under the four-month minimum.
- Cancellation
- Stopping means sending an email, since no account page for canceling is described. The GLP-1 FAQ says to write to weightloss@driphydration.com "or contact your local Drip Hydration provider," a different company's address. The sermorelin, PT-141 and NAD+ spray pages point to operations@driphydration.com, and the glutathione page to operations@conciergemdla.com. Whatever the address, the terms say "All subscription-based products require a minimum commitment of 3-4 months, depending on the product." Refunds are limited to one case. The terms state that the company "does not accept returns nor guarantee refunds for any product once it has left the pharmacy," naming peptide therapy, NAD+ and weight-loss medicine. The product FAQs add that if the clinical review finds you ineligible, "you will receive a full refund." House-call bookings follow a separate cancellation policy with its own fees, which does not govern the shipped line.
