The bill, in one line
The monthly rates are plainly stated and the fine print keeps taking pieces back, so the thing to read here is not the card but the shipping and refund pages behind it.
Vytora Health is a cash-pay telehealth storefront built around four compounded injections and two brand pens. The peptide side is sermorelin, described as "typically administered as a daily subcutaneous injection, usually in the evening before bed", and NAD+, given "as a subcutaneous injection on a schedule determined by your licensed provider". The weight side is compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both weekly. Above those sit Mounjaro and Zepbound at retail, month to month. A "Coming Soon — Peptide Therapies" waitlist sits on the same homepage that already sells sermorelin under a card the site itself labels peptide therapy.
Each product card has a one-month and a three-month setting, and both figures are written out again in the page's own FAQ, which is more than most sellers publish. Sermorelin is "$199 / month" on the card and $186 a month on the three-month setting, billed $559. NAD+ is $249 a month or $200 on three months, billed $600. Compounded semaglutide is $179 or $149, billed $447; compounded tirzepatide is $249 or $199, billed $599. Mounjaro and Zepbound are both "$1,399 / month", flagged "Retail pricing". Two figures on the site disagree with the cards beside them. The sermorelin page's FAQ gives "$249/month on a month-to-month plan" where its card says $199, and the homepage FAQ prices tirzepatide's one-month plan at $199 where its card says $249. Every other row matches, so these read as two stale lines rather than a pattern. One more claim sits oddly against the catalog: the disclaimer under all four compounded pages states that the seller does not offer brand-name products, on a site selling two of them.

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. The fine print
- Prepay
- There is no pressure to commit here, which is worth saying plainly because it is unusual. The month-to-month setting is what each card shows first, and the prepaid three-month block is the alternative rather than the headline. The total for that block is printed in full on every product page, so a buyer can see the size of the charge before agreeing to it. What is not published is what happens next. The refund page does not mention subscriptions, the terms carry no billing section at all, and nothing states what becomes of months two and three if a buyer stops after the first.
- Cancellation
- Canceling means writing an email, and the site says so in the same sentence that sets up the recurring charge: "your payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing support". There is a patient portal, advertised for refills and shipment tracking, but cancellation is not one of the things it is offered for. No notice period and no cancellation fee is published anywhere. The refund policy is four sentences long and the operative one is "All sales are final", with a single route left open: contact support if the prescription was filled in error. The terms, last revised at the start of the year, contain no billing, renewal, cancellation or refund section to fall back on.

- Free shipping is claimed on the homepage, on every product card and in the footer, and then the shipping policy says otherwise: "Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout." The same policy sets processing at two to three business days and transit at four to twelve, weekends and holidays excluded, against FAQ copy promising that a refill arrives before you run out. Cold chain is handled only in the FAQ, and defensively. Warm arrival is described as "normal and expected", the medication is said to be stable "for up to 56 days at temperatures up to 86°F", and the answer closes by ruling out a refund for it.
