Nova MD is an online clinic run by JM Health Group LLC that sells compounded treatments after a review by a clinician from Arora Health Group, a doctor network named in its footer. Vials ship ready to use, already reconstituted, from independent licensed pharmacies. Its peptide menu covers sermorelin as an injection or an under-the-tongue troche, plus glutathione and NAD+ injections, and it also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on monthly or three-month plans. An FDA warning letter is on file. Number 716695, sent September 9, 2025, is addressed to Try Nova and names the Nova MD website as the one reviewed. It cited the compounded semaglutide line "Same active ingredient as Wegovy & Ozempic." The FDA said compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
The headline holds for sermorelin and NAD+, because each monthly plan names what it ships. Sermorelin is $149 a month for one 5 mL vial holding 15 mg, which works out to about $9.93 per milligram. NAD+ is $149 a month for 1,000 mg. The sermorelin troche is also $149 a month, but its page names a 1,000 mcg troche without saying how many ship. Glutathione's plan card reads $99 for a 2,000 mg vial, yet the FAQ on the same page calls that an introductory rate and says the plan renews at $115. Billed monthly, compounded semaglutide costs $175 and tirzepatide $199, while the cards on the home page show the three-month rate of $129.

- Prepaid plans are optional. A three-month sermorelin plan is $315, about $105 a month, and ships three vials, and the troche is $99 a month billed quarterly. Glutathione's three-month plan is $75 a month for the first quarter and $85 after it, and NAD+ runs $115 a month on three months. Semaglutide's three-month plan is $387. Tirzepatide's depends on the pharmacy you pick: $387 through Drug Crafters, $447 through Southend & Vials RX, or $467 through NewLife, which the page marks as paused.
- Cancellation
- The refund policy says to pause or cancel at least 48 hours before a renewal, from your account in the patient portal or by contacting support. The terms add that stopping a prescription outright is done by emailing support. Your card is only held at checkout and charged once a provider approves treatment. An order canceled after approval but before the pharmacy fills it is refunded minus a $25 provider consultation fee, and a filled order cannot be canceled or refunded.
