- Prepaid plans are optional. A three-month sermorelin plan is $315, about $105 a month, and ships three vials. Glutathione's three-month plan is $75 a month for the first quarter and $85 after it, and NAD+ runs $115 a month on three months. GLP-1 plans stretch to twelve months, billed as one sum.
- Cancellation
- The refund policy says to cancel at least two days before a renewal, from your account in the patient portal or by messaging support there. The terms add that stopping a prescription outright is done by emailing support. An order canceled after the provider approves it but before it ships is refunded minus a $25 provider fee, and a filled order cannot be canceled.
