The bill, in one line
Checkout takes the lower figure of each pair, and for the peptides that is $209 a month with the provider visit and shipping inside it. Two things are worth checking before paying: the 90-day cards, which work out a per-day value from the crossed-out total, and a cancellation route that two of the seller's pages describe differently.
WePeptideRx is the trading name of PureRx Biotech INC, a Boca Raton company that sells cash-pay telehealth programs and takes the payment itself. The peptide shelf carries compounded sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141, most of them in more than one form. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are priced by dose, beside branded Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro. Prescribing is handled by a third-party provider network the site does not name, and the compounding pharmacy that fills the order goes unnamed as well. An urgent-care menu sits alongside at $69.99 a visit, with any medication billed separately by your own pharmacy.
The figure you pay is the bold one, not the one struck through beside it. On each product page the dose selector shows a TOTAL with two numbers, such as $249 crossed out over $209, and the Start Consultation button repeats the lower one. The sticky header bar on those same pages quotes the struck figure instead, as "From $249 · all-in", so the headline and the bill differ by $40. For the peptides, the monthly bill does not move with strength. Sermorelin is $209 whether the provider sets 0.75, 2.25 or 3 mg a week. NAD+ is $209 at 100 mg a week, $309 at 500 mg a week and $189 as a daily nasal spray. Glutathione is $209 as an injection, a capsule or a spray, and PT-141 is $209 as an injection or a spray. The GLP-1s climb with the dose instead. Compounded semaglutide runs from $149 at the 0.25 mg starter dose to $259 at 2.5 mg, with a daily tablet at $159. Compounded tirzepatide runs from $159 at 2.5 mg to $349 at 15 mg. The About tab on the semaglutide page lists "$189–$299" for the same doses, which is the crossed-out ladder written out again. Wegovy starts at $359, and Zepbound is $659 at every strength. Each of those figures covers the provider visit, the medication and shipping, which the pricing page sums up as "One price. Everything included." Some cards call the supply 28 days and others 30, while the plan page and the funnel call it a month. No page states a 28-day billing cycle, so these are read as monthly charges.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. The fine print

- The other published option is a 90-day program, paid as one charge at checkout for three months of medication. Sermorelin's costs $409, NAD+ is $459 for 3000 mg, glutathione is $359 and PT-141 is $459 for 30 mg. Three monthly fills of sermorelin at $209 come to $627, so its program costs about a third less. The catch is the card beside each program, which prints a per-day value worked out from the crossed-out total. Sermorelin's card says about $4.99 a day, which is $449 spread over 90 days, while the $409 actually charged works out near $4.54. The GLP-1 programs step through three doses over the 90 days, from $459 for semaglutide and $489 for tirzepatide. No page says whether a 90-day program renews on its own when it ends, so that is the question to put to support first.
- Cancellation
- Payment is taken at checkout, before any provider has looked at your intake. If the provider declines you, the refund policy promises the full amount back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 business days, and never as store credit. Once medication has been dispensed and shipped it cannot be returned or refunded, which the policy puts down to pharmacy rules on compounded drugs. To stop a subscription, the refund policy says to contact support at info@wepeptiderx.com before the next billing cycle. The FAQ on the explore page says instead that you can cancel from your patient portal, so send the email anyway and keep the reply. No notice period in days is given, and a damaged or wrong order has to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping
- Priority shipping is free on every order, and the site gives 3 to 5 business days for delivery. The injectable box holds the premixed medication, single-use syringes, alcohol prep pads and dosing instructions, so there is no bacteriostatic water to mix and no sharps container to buy. If a parcel is lost and the carrier cannot recover it, the refund policy says a replacement is sent.
