Live Vital is a cash-pay telehealth practice in Utah whose medical team is led by a family-medicine physician. It sells four compounded treatments as fixed-length protocols: glutathione, NAD+, semaglutide and tirzepatide, and each price applies only if a clinician prescribes it.
Every price is a protocol total divided into months: NAD+ is $447 for three months, shown as $149, and glutathione is $299, shown as $99. The GLP-1 pages divide a ten-week total by three, so semaglutide's $299 appears as $99 a month although ten weeks is only about 2.3 calendar months. Spread over calendar months, that semaglutide protocol comes to roughly $130 a month.

- Prepay
- The FAQ says treatment is "billed as a 10-week or 3-month protocol", and no product page offers a month-to-month plan. You are billed for the whole course, so ask how a second protocol is billed before you commit to the first.
- Cancellation
- The terms and the refunds page let you cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period. Medication and lab work are generally non-refundable once ordered or dispensed, and a refund of the consultation is left to the practice's discretion. The refunds page does not yet say what happens to a payment when no prescription is issued.
- Shipping
- After a clinician approves an order, a 503A pharmacy compounds and tests it, which the FAQ says can take five to seven days before it ships overnight in cold packs. Supplies come with the order, no shipping charge is published, and the states page lists all 50.
