- The standard sermorelin and NAD+ plan is a twelve-week prepay of $597 after the discounted first month, and an annual plan lowers the average to $159 a month. The pages say a month-to-month plan exists at checkout but do not print its price, so ask for it before you pick the twelve-week plan.
