- Every peptide plan bills every four weeks by default, with no prepay needed. The site's plan footnote names longer, prepaid terms of 12, 24 or 48 weeks, each charged in full once a clinician prescribes. An annual plan lowers sermorelin and NAD+ to an average of $119 a month, but the treatment pages print no total for it.
- Cancellation
- Canceling is free and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, through the account portal or by contacting support. Once a prescription is issued the order is final and the current cycle is neither prorated nor refunded; if you are not approved, nothing is charged.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free and discreet, and medication usually leaves a US-licensed pharmacy within about a week of the prescription. A damaged package has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery for the pharmacy to replace it or refund you.
